Life Science and medical device production has been carried out in our Class 8 cleanrooms for over 15 years. Over 100 million Storage and Assay plate components produced. We have specialised in OEM labelling and custom manufacturing.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility, quality systems and our desire to work with customers on specialist applications.

Our successful journey has seen our site develop into a state-of-the-art, 50,000 sq. ft. (4,200 sq. mtrs.) facility with two Class 8 clean rooms and a white room production area. On-site, we have invested in the latest electric injection moulding machines, with their many benefits and have over 53 production cells available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We currently have plans in place to grow the site to 65,000 sqft to allow for further expansion of our customer base and business. As a private company our policy is to continually re-invest in people, equipment and facilities which has underpinned our ability to grow and provide the high level of quality of product & service that our customers expect.

Manufacturing is carried out in audited class 8 cleanrooms also used for medical device production. We operate a transparent quality system and welcome customer participation to ensure we build strong and collaborative working relationships.

Our standard operating procedures are reviewed rigorously to ensure our team are focused on the best and most practical ways to assure customer satisfaction and delivery of quality product and service to the high standards we expect.

Our extensive Quality Laboratory is equipped with all metrology and test equipment to meet our commitment to deliver high quality product, meeting ours and our customers’ expectations. The equipment available to us includes, Hexagon dual vision/CMM, Starlight vision system, Optical comparator, Tensile tester, Torque tester, leak testers, Digital test indicators and various sets of Precision pin.

Our variable metrology data is maintained on a Mitutoyo SPC system that is also available to our Customers.
