Custom Sensors & Technology is split into three groups; Instrument development/R&D, Application Engineering and Instrument Sales. We offer a variety of process instruments including Insitu Fluorometers, UV-VIS-NIR filter based Photometers and E-Chem oxygen sensors.

Busisness was started in 1980.

Cleaning validation (liquids, surfaces), powder blend uniformity and endpoint detection, fuel dye marker in pipeline, oil in water, chlorine dioxide, oxygen monitoring, ammonia detection in water, color of process fluids, turbidity, organics in water, excipient contamination, API concentrations in rinse water, polymorph analysis, cheese coagulation/synerisis, cheese moisture. Offered in-line, at-line or in a lab setting.

Fiber optic flow cells, fiber optic probes, non-foulable windows, sample handling systems.

CST can develop state of the art instrumentation to meet the demands of your analytical requirements. We do this through a customer sponsored R&D effort. Both customer and CST develop the user requirements together and then set a schedule for delivery of one or one thousand instruments. We have a significant history of this and will therefore be able to supply a number of references if needed.

CST can also taylor a lease program for the intended product/application. We provide the startup service, the maintenance, calibrations and independent audits of the system for its entire lifetime.
