Kelly Jay Yoo and Eric A.H. Boltz are friends from very different backgrounds, whose lives converged unexpectedly in 2001 when they each relocated to northern California to work for the same company. Aside from their different upbringing, they are similar-minded people who value one another's candor, reliability, and work ethic. As their professional relationship evolved into a close friendship, they decided to bring their unique personalities and skill sets together to form what would become Analytical West. Kelly Jay and Eric started Analytical West out of a garage in Sonoma County, California, in 2002. By 2005, their operations included an office in southern California, and one in eastern Pennsylvania. In January of 2018, AW celebrates its 16th Anniversary. While a lot of things have changed in that time, their spirit to serve their customers, and their commitment to their core beliefs are as strong as ever. That dedication, along with their combined 50+ years experience in the laboratory industry, have been key to AW’s success and growth.
