It started out as a small diagnostic company in June of 1986. Together with TNC Chemicals Philippines, Inc. TNC Everlight Philippines Inc. is under the same umbrella of TNC GROUP OF COMPANIES. These groups of Companies conduct its business operations using the same building along Sen. Gil Puyat., Makati City. As has been molded and strengthened by strenuous and insurmountable challenges, TNC Everlight Philippines emerged to be one of the contributors of Diagnostic market development and technology awareness among paramedical and medical personnel in Clinical Laboratories and Hospitals that vary in size from small, private facilities to medium sized and large size institutions, which serve any or all diagnostic needs including Serology and Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology and Coagulation. As a diagnostic arm of the Group of Companies, TNC Everlight Philippines started with the market of disposable items, Clinical Chemistry and Serology reagents. On the 5th day of October 1990, it grew so fast and was able to establish itself in the market that led to its being registered with the SECURITY AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION as Trading Company for Diagnostic/ Laboratory Supplies under S.E.C. Reg. 182266. Its main distribution is focused in Metro Manila and nearby provinces in Northern and Southern Luzon as well as in Visayas and Mindanao areas. All of its major supplies are manufactured by well known diagnostic companies from United States, France, United Kingdom, Germany and Japan. Few years later, it ventured in the field of Immunology and Microbiology. As a result of professional competency and efficiency, before the year of 1993 closed, TNC Everlight Philippines was granted the Exclusive Distributorship for BIOMERIEUX, S.A. FRANCE one of the leaders of Diagnostic market in the world. Then in 2001, when Biomerieux acquired the ownership and full rights of Organon Teknika Company worldwide, the following year April 2002, TNC Everlight Philippines was granted the full rights of Exclusive Distribution for both Biomerieux and the ex- Organon Teknika lines. Consequently, it increased its sales personnel to accommodate the product line expansion and in effect has stretched its market share entire the Philippines. Presently, TNC Everlight Philippines, is almost complete in diagnostic market from Clinical Chemistry, Serology, Immunology, Coagulation, Microbiology and Laboratory Equipments and Disposables unselfishly sharing all the new and latest advancements in the field of Laboratory Medicine and patient health care with seventeen (19) sales personnel distributed throughout the Philippines.
